Welcome to the new Arch Reactor Forum. This section of the forum will be synchronized with a mailing list. Since this kind of synchronization isn't very commonplace, here's some things you should know
- When you post to the mailing list, that post will appear here on the forum in the proper thread and associated to your forum account by matching your email address
- The first time you post to the mailing list, if you don't already have a forum account, one will be created for you with a random password. You can retrieve the password by using the "forgot password" option on the login form, and then change it using your Control Panel once you login
- When you post on the forum, that post will be copied to the mailing list.
- If you want your forum posts to show a different nickname than your email name, you can edit that in the forum control panel
- When replying to emails, please try to trim non-relevant parts of replies in order to keep the forum clean.
- When replying to forum posts, please try to include relevant parts of previous posts because the mailing list users will not always have easy access to the post history
- Editing forum posts do not send an update to the mailing list, so if you need to add important details post a reply instead
- You may have an account only on the forum or only on the mailing list or on both, but if you have both, you can turn off forum email notification so that you don't receive posts twice.
